Oregon Legislature adopts the Legal Services Program and creates standards and guidelines for an integrated delivery system of legal aid in Oregon. CEJ and the OSB Civil Legal Services Task Force work on gaining filing fee funding for legal aid in Oregon. It is the 1st state to propose this and 2nd to adopt it.
